Gemscale Troubleshooting

Symptom

Numbers are in error by +/-.01 only.

Try shutting off the scale and recalibrating it.

Go to a more stable environment. Avoid Air-Conditioning drafts. Let the scale settle for 15 minutes after temperature changes.

Shut the draftshield during turn-on, calibration, and subsequent use.

If this doesn't fix the problem, sorry, but it is within its specifications. See the Gemscale-50 Specs or the Gemscale-100 Specs.
